Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your mobile massage appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. You will be charged the full rate for  NO CALL, NO SHOW. Also, if you DO NOT confirm your mobile massage appointment in 24 hours, especially for sessions that are out of VA Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk, please note that you will be removed from the schedule and will have to reschedule. Cancellations for solo massages must be made by phone or email.

Presentability Policy for Mobile Massage Services.                                                         

Our Presentability Policy for Mobile Massage Services is crucial to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for your session. The location where the massage will take place must be clean, safe, spacious, and adequately prepared upon arrival. If the environment is deemed unsuitable (e.g., unclean, unsafe, unsanitary, or lacking adequate space), the appointment will be canceled, and the client will be CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE RATE. I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating the best possible experience.

Guidelines for Parties & Chair Massage Events:                                                           

If you would like to book me for parties and special occasions, please reserve your spot at least 2-4 weeks in advance. For parties of four guests or more, a 20-30% gratuity will be added to your total session cost. A 50% deposit is required upfront to reserve your spot! 

Locations may vary for safety reasons. Also, if you want me to travel outside of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, or Chesapeake, or out of Virginia, you will be charged a TRAVELER'S FEE in addition to the service! 

Payments MUST be PAID IN FULL NO LATER than 24 hours before the session! Once payments have been made and you decide to cancel, no refunds will be issued; however, you can reschedule the event for a later date. Cancellations must be done by phone or email!
