Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your mobile massage appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. You will be charged the full rate for NO CALL, NO SHOW. Also, if you DO NOT confirm your mobile massage appointment within 24 hours, especially for sessions outside VA Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk, please note that you will be removed from the schedule and will have to reschedule. Cancellations for solo massages must be made by phone or email.
Presentability Policy for Mobile Massage Services.
Our Presentability Policy aims to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for your session. The massage location should be clean, safe, spacious, and prepared upon arrival. If the environment is unsuitable, such as unclean, unsafe, or lacking space, the appointment will be canceled, and the full service rate will be charged. Your cooperation helps us provide the best experience possible.
Guidelines for Parties & Chair Massage Events:
To book parties and special occasions, please reserve your spot at least 2-4 weeks in advance. For parties of 4 or more guests, a 20-30% gratuity will be added. A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your reservation, ensuring your event is prioritized and well-organized.
Locations may vary for safety reasons. Also, if you want me to travel outside of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, or Chesapeake, or out of Virginia, you will be charged a TRAVELER'S FEE in addition to the service!
Payments MUST be PAID IN FULL NO LATER than 24 hours before the session! Once payments have been made and you decide to cancel, no refunds will be issued; however, you can reschedule the event for a later date. Cancellations must be done by phone or email!
