Cancelation Policy: If you cancel less than 24 hrs before your mobile massage appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancelation fee. Also, if you DO NOT confirm your mobile massage in 24 hrs especially for sessions that are out of VA Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk, you will be removed from the schedule and will have to reschedule. Cancellations must be done by phone or email for solo massages.

Presentability Policy for Mobile Massage Services.                                                         

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for your session, the location where the massage will take place must be clean, safe, spacious, and adequately prepared upon arrival. If the environment is deemed unsuitable (e.g., unclean, unsafe, unsanitary, or lacking adequate space), the appointment will be canceled, and the client will be charged the full service rate. Thank you for understanding and helping to create the best possible experience.

Guidelines for Parties & Chair Massage Events:                                                           

To book me for parties and special occasions, you must reserve your spot at least 2-4 weeks in advance. 4 guests or more in a party, a 20-30% gratuity will be added to your session. 50% deposit is required upfront to reserve your spot! 

Locations may vary for safety reasons. Also, if you want me to travel outside of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, or Chesapeake or out of Virginia, you will be charged a TRAVELER'S FEE in addition to service! 

Payments MUST be PAID IN FULL NO LATER than 24 hours before the session! Once payments have been made and you decide to cancel, there are NO refunds, but you can reschedule the event at a later date. Cancellations must be done by phone or email!
